Beyond Discussion

Good discussions enliven any classroom, and this curriculum is designed to facilitate lively, thoughtful interchanges. However, discussion without action misses an important dynamic of our faith—the opportunity to put our words into practice. For this reason, the Call to Action section of each session in this curriculum is an essential component. Be sure to plan time for participants to reflect on and choose what they will do to put their faith into action. God calls us to be not only hearers of the word, but doers as well.
